Pluto/Data Connectivity & Integration

Data Connectivity & Integration

The PLUTO SDK. Any sensor, any payload, one backbone.

PLUTO is platform agnostic by design. It is built to drop into your airframe, speak to your payloads, and unify everything they produce into one operational picture, without your team writing integration code for months.

The SDK & Plugin Model

Hardware diversity is the reality of drone operations: different airframes, cameras, radios, and sensors across a single fleet. The PLUTO SDK treats every piece of hardware as a plugin. Mount a new sensor and the platform detects it, loads the matching plugin, and configures it. No code changes to the core system, no firmware forks per airframe.

For OEMs, this is the buy versus build answer: your engineers keep building airframes and payloads; PLUTO handles the software layer that makes them intelligent. Integration is measured in days, not quarters.

The Event Backbone

Everything a fleet produces (telemetry, detections, swarm state, sensor readings) flows through a single high throughput event backbone. One mission can fan out to a full swarm; every aircraft's state streams back into one place.

The backbone is what feeds the World Graph its living picture of the operation, and what lets ground side analytics, replay, and debriefing work from a complete, ordered record of every mission. One stream in, one truth out.

Hotplug: From New Sensors to New Intelligence

Integration in PLUTO doesn't stop at drivers. When a new kind of data appears on the backbone, say a newly mounted RF module begins streaming spectrum data, Milkyway fingerprints the unfamiliar schema, classifies what it is, and proposes the right reasoning specialist to handle it, complete with triggers and budgets. One approval, and the fleet has a new analytical capability matched to its new sense.

New hardware grows the fleet a new sense. The platform grows it a new mind to match.
